You stand in the great marketplace of New Vilnacron, a huge circular area surrounded by the shops and stalls of a multitude of local and alien merchants. The streets are clogged with makeshift carts owned by poorer merchants and filled with throngs of Cybertronians, aliens, and even a few humans here and there. The center of the Marketplace is dominated by a large, graceful energon fountain, an emerald-green hologram of the symbol of New Vilnacron floating inside the largest geyser. Four streets branch off from the marketplace in each of the cardinal compass directions. Airwolf leads the way northward, towards the normally sealed Admin area. Airwolf is cleared to pass, and the doors slide open for her. Flamediver lands easily on the ground, staying closer to Rodimus and Cyclonus as he watches silently. Cyclonus scans the marketplace, half expecting to see primitives there, then watches as everyone moves ahead of him, taking up rear guard. Galvatron follows closely behind Airwolf, looking about the city to see what damage the primitives caused in their stay here. Rodimus glances back at Cyclonus to confirm his position, then focuses his attention forward and follows the others. Galvatron is cleared to pass, and the doors slide open for him. Strafe just walks in, oblivious to everyone else. Flamediver glances down at Edward, "Would you like a seat on my shoulder, sir? Or would you prefer to walk?" Strafe is cleared to pass, and the doors slide open for him. Arachnae follows, looking unsure as to why exactly she is here. Arachnae is cleared to pass, and the doors slide open for her. Shockwave takes a good look around the area before he, as well, heads north. Edward Bryant says, "I'll walk.. believe me, my legs need the exercise." Shockwave is cleared to pass, and the doors slide open for him. You are clear to enter and the doors slide open for you. New Vilnacron Administration Center Contents: Shockwave, Arachnae, Strafe, Galvatron, AirwolfObvious exits: East leads to Embassy Building. South leads to New Vilnacron Marketplace. Edward Bryant passes through the secured door. Flamediver passes through the secured door. Cyclonus passes through the secured door. Airwolf lowers the security on the City Watch Headquarters building, clearing it for entry. Galvatron takes in the scene, noting the massive construction carefully. Rodimus seems relatively unconcerned about the whole matter, his arms resting easily at his sides. Shockwave looks over the destruction, considering it all for a moment, for any reason, optic fading in and out at a quick rate. Airwolf says, "Welcome to our Watch Headquarters. Not the quality you're accustomed to, but it's secure." Strafe looks around, his face showing a mixture tiredness, hopelessness, and boredom. Edward Bryant notes the construction, and takes a note, staying next to Rodimus, not glancing up at Galvatron as he works on various strategies. Flamediver follows, as if he's seen all of this before, though he is watchin the group from person to person. Airwolf enters the City Watch Headquarters. Galvatron passes inside to the headquarters, and looks around, frowning slighty "Spartan..but it will have to do." You step into the City Watch Headquarters. City Watch Headquarters The interior of the outpost doesn't offer much in the way of comfort in so much as it provides a base of operations for the area's security and defense. There are multiple systems which offer communications, defense cameras, sensor arrays and security monitors. The barrenness of the interior suggests the seriousness of its function and also allows more room for the numerous Watch Troopers always on duty in the crowded interior. Galvatron turns and stands facing the others, waiting for all to arrive inside Cyclonus slides in and takes up a position near the door, locking his face into a neutral expression as he once again scans those assembled. ================================ In Your Area ============================= Rodimus [A] Airwolf [V] Strafe [A] Cyclonus [D] Edward Bryant [T] Flamediver [C] Arachnae [D] Galvatron [D] Shockwave [D] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rodimus says quietly, "All right, is that everyone?" Flamediver finds a wall and walks over to it, leaning back against it and casually crossing his arms over his chestplate, his optics watching everyone here. Galvatron makes sure his distance from both Rodimus and Cyclonus is at a maximum Strafe slumps against a wall and starts to examine the floor. Shockwave stands near Galvatron, looking over everyone briefly. Galvatron nods "Indeed it is everyone. And more." Galvatron points a finger accusingly at the human "What is THAT doing here?" Edward Bryant steps back at Galvatron's outburst and narrows his eyes slightly, remaining next to Rodimus, "Earth is involved in this too, like it or not, Galvatron." Flamediver steps away from his wall at the accusation and steps over towards Edward protectively, his arms still crossed over his chest. Galvatron grates in an irritated tone to Rodimus "You made no mention of him..or the humans. What involvement do they have?" You say, "He's here to offer his input, same as the rest of us." Galvatron chuckles "Hmhahaha. So I see. I'm sure our strike force will be benefitted by human involvement. Hmhahah! Rodimus, you do never cease to provide excellent humor." Edward Bryant mutters to himself, "Like the Decepticons have anything helpful to offer " Galvatron laughs for a moment more, then throws a lancing glare at Edward, to let the pathetic life-form know exactly what Galvatorn thinks of him. Edward Bryant steps back a bit more, but keeps up his residulant stance. Cyclonus grims. Strafe sighs and makes his way to the door, walking out abruptly. Strafe steps outside. Shockwave looks down at Ed, optic flashing once. "It is well known that Cybertronians are superior to humans. The Decepticon faction would be included under the classification of Cybertronian. Therefore, it would be logical to assume that Decepticons are generally more advantageous in situations such as this." Flamediver steps up to the other side of Edward, offering his body silently as a sort of shield for the human. Airwolf leans back against a wall and listens, waiting for the exchange of insults to end. Galvatron shakes his head at edward, the human speaking a little too loudly for his own good "Mmm, another reason you'll soon be extinct after this primitives nonsense is over. You would be wise to learn control over your slime-drooling mouth." Edward Bryant says, "Can we just get down to buisness, gentlemen?" Cyclonus frowns slightly as Strafe slips past him. Galvatron turns his attention away from the human "But enough about inferior life forms. What proposals do you have, Rodimus?" You say, "Excuse me, but I think we have more important things at hand..? Thank you." Flamediver mutters none too quietly, "How about an infiltration attempt like your earlier one at this city.." You say, "As you yourself said, Galvatron, Quintessa is heavily-armed against any threat of attack, and it's not likely that a full frontal assault would be successful. Nor is it likely that the Quintessons of this time period would cooperate with any requests to release the required information, although we'll certainly try..." he glances back briefly at Strafe, then back to Galvatron. "If it becomes necessary, I'm thinking to feint at them with a diversionary frontal assault and slip an espionage team in under cover." Cyclonus reaches out and rests a hand on Flamediver heavily. Galvatron intones dryly "I see. And how do you propose to mount even a diversionary attack without heavy casualties?" Cyclonus intones, "It is something they may be expecting, if I recall this time properly." Airwolf says, "It's been tried already. The infiltrators were captured." Airwolf nods to Cyclonus. "Twice in the past year." Flamediver falls silent as he feels Cyclonus's hand rest on one of his shoulders, but continues to watch Galvatron, standing protectively next to Edward. You say, "Then lets discuss alternative options. We need that information, one way or another, and if Sky Lynx's circuits won't reveal it, then we'll have to get it some other way and I'd like a contingency plan." Edward Bryant nods. "After the recovery of the Transformed humans and the recovery of Cyclonus.. they have to of beefer up security heavily by now." Galvatron strokes his chin thoughtfully, making a soft scraping noise as he does so "Do you futurists know WHICH Quintessons invented this infernal virus? If so, we could find one of them in their frequent travels to other planets for weapons sales. We would then capture him, and torture the information out of him." Flamediver's face clouds at the mention of torture, and his optics flash brightly, but he remains absolutely silent. Rodimus shakes his head. "Unfortunately, no," he says, carefully avoiding the subject of torture. "Our Quintesson allies believe it was caused by a Quintesson plot gone awry, but they don't know who the instigators were." Cyclonus releases his hold on Flamediver finally as he seems to be controlling himself, then crosses his arms again. Flamediver says, "And even if they did know, the ones who did most likely perished during the Sharkticon revolt."" Rodimus says quietly, "Well, they wouldn't be dead now, but we still don't know who to target.." Cyclonus frowns, scanning through his memory, sudden realizing that he actually knew who was responsible for it at some point. Airwolf says, "Has simple bribery been tried? Negotiating with them for the information?" Galvatron frowns deeply "Mmm, what of a sharkticon. We could capture one from one of their outposts, and program it to infiltrate the computer. They will not expect infiltration to come from within their own ranks. Flamediver says, "Why not just ask Dealiticus? He's been helping us so far? Why would we need to bribe him?" You say, "Is Dealiticus in the loop? We can try." Flamediver looks over at Rodimus, "He was the one assisting Longsight in getting out the Vilnacronians and the humans from capture by the Primitives.." Cyclonus shakes his head slightly to clear the haze and continues to mull over it, trying to remember his time on Quintessa. Airwolf says, "I do not know him, but he's said to be unaffiliated. He may be able to act as our agent, but I doubt he has direct access." Flamediver says, "I don't see why he couldn't just go and get the information.." Edward Bryant smirks a bit, muttering to himself, "Can always try the same plan they did to the prior Secretary General and Krystal and dup them into a false negotiation well off planet and then strike..." Rodimus nods, "Yes, I know who he is, but it's whether he has the information we need or not that's the trick." Cyclonus intones, "Doubtful, considering his position here." Galvatron intones in a acid tone "And do not discount the Quintessons' desire to see our race burn in eternal oblivion. In _this_ time, we despise each other more than the Decepticons despise all their other enemies combined." Galvatron adds "they would be quite likely to attempt sabotage in a simple transfer of information for valueables." Cyclonus nods in silent agreement. Flamediver looks at Galvatron, "So you'd rather die at the hands of the Primitives?" Rodimus nods. "Unless... if we were able to instigate the revolt in their Sharkticons, force them to want to cooperate.." Cyclonus sighs quietly and reaches out again, gripping Flamediver's shoulder tightly. Galvatron speaks without looking at Flamediver "And you have a better idea? You who have never lived in this time?" Edward Bryant blinks at Rodimus, suddenly brightening, "Sic their own virus on them?" Airwolf says, "Poetic justice..." Shockwave's optic flashes, looking at Galvatron. "It would be illogical to assume that the Quintessons wish to negotiate, at this time. However, should they experience any damage caused by infected Sharkticons, they would decide that negotiations are the logical course of action, most likely." Cyclonus tips his head towards Rodimus, then grims again, liking that idea. You say, "That's what happened in our timeline. Only they couldn't develop their own antivirus. Maybe, if we could convince them that *we* could..." Flamediver looks at Rodimus, "Rodimus.. wasn't that what they told us drove them off their planet in the first place? Because their Sharkticons revolted? How will that help.. it is merely repeating what happened, only earlier. Like what has happened with the rest of the Primitives.." Galvatron nods in agreement "I agree. But..infecting their sharkticons would involve capturing primitives, drumping them on quintessa and hoping they infect the sharkticons. From what information we have, this infection takes quite some time. Not only would getting the primitives onto the planet be horrendously difficult, but the sharkticons would likely rip them to pieces before they spread anything. Edward Bryant says, "I get it, we control the infection and capture the Quint needed as he tries to escape, with the hope that cooperation brings a cure.." Shockwave's attention fixes itself upon Rodimus. "Agreed. The panic resultant of a perilous situation, such as a Sharkticon revolt, would most likely be enough to spur the Quintessons into irrational action." Airwolf says, "We have Dealiticus' Sharkticons in a containment field. They were apparently abandoned when the Primitives fled the city." You say, "Sharkticons aren't exactly the smartest individuals around, though. May make them easier to stir up." Galvatron shifts his gaze to Airwolf "Mmm. If we were to use them instead, the infiltration would likely succeed." Rodimus looks at Flamediver, "In our time, yes, that's what drove them off. This time, it would be a bargaining chip. They're not going to cooperate willingly." Rodimus rubs his chin thoughtfully. "Of course, if we *can't* develop an antivirus.." he mumbles, then shakes his head. "If we can't we're all dead mechs walking anyway." Galvatron laughs at Rodimus "Speak for yourself, Rodimus. The Decepticon faction is more than capable of resisting the attacks of a few primitives. And without Trypticon, they are but an annoyance." Cyclonus rumbles low in his throat and looks at Galvatron, saying nothing. Flamediver snorts quietly, "Again.. see example of infiltration attempt on Vilnacron.." Rodimus eyes Galvatron narrowly. "My personal experience would seem to prove otherwise." Galvatron says, "Bah. Your personal experience is consists of being gutted and routed at every turn. The Decepticons are a far more formidable force. Hmhaha. But we digress..."" Cyclonus starts pulling Flamediver back towards him by the shoulder. Rodimus says quietly, "My personal experience is watching your formidable force be ripped apart by your unwillingness to cooperate, the scattered remnants finally moving to join the rest of us against the Primitives after far too many had been lost already." Cyclonus sighs heavily, looking down as his hand slips off Flamediver's shoulder again, remembering. Galvatron adds in a biting voice "Yes, and you consistently forget to add in the fact that they do not have possesion of, and will not obtain possession of Trypticon. Without him, they are incapable of the actions they executed in your time." Galvatron says, "And...without their leader Sky Lynx, they are even less capable."" Flamediver says, "Arrogance is a dangerous flaw.. to believe you are indestructable will prove to be an undoing.." Rodimus says quietly, "The fact remains that we CAN work together, and we *should*. It's the best way to combat this thing." Edward Bryant adds in, "The -only- way." Galvatron bores into Flamediver with his harsh glare "As is ineptitude a flaw. Assuming the primitives to be capable of massive destruction when indeed they are not will be your own downfall." Flamediver says, "I'd rather be over-prepared than under=prepared when the final time comes, Galvatron." Galvatron smirks, and turns his gaze away from the uppity futurist Cyclonus scowls and clenches his jaw, recovering himself quickly and stares at Galvatron darkly. Rodimus says quietly, "We've seen the underprepared side. It's not something I'd wish on this planet a second time." Flamediver says, "After all, you weren't ready last time, by not listening to Cyclonus.. you begin to do so again." Cyclonus says quietly, "Enough, Flamediver. That is not what we are here to discuss." Galvatron intones "We can go on for hours about how we are more prepared in this time than we were before. It will not accomplish us anything. I have endured the extreme discomfort that this meeting represents to find a solution, and retreive my wayward decepticons, not to debate fruitlessly with the lot of you. Now! What of these sharkticons, can they be used to infect the hordes on quintessa? and if so, how will we plant them?" Edward Bryant says, "Place them in the cargo hold of a shuttle, and send it to Quintessa?" Galvatron bursts out laughing "Oh, and I suppose the Quintessons won't blow it out of the sky because of the pretty colors your race paints on the side? Hmhahaha!!" Flamediver quiets himself as Cyclonus talks, still looking at Galvatron though, his arms folded across his chest. Rodimus frowns, pondering. Airwolf says, "Perhaps they purchase goods from Monacus. These Sharkticons could be placed inside a shipment." Edward Bryant smirks at Galvatron, "Ok, bright boy, come up with a suggestion." Galvatron shakes his head and looks to shockwave(who is still really here) Cyclonus says, "Allow them to come to us... Set a trap and then bring those infected Sharticons along to mix with their own." Galvatron glowers at the insignificant flesh-worm "Very well, fleshling. I will do so. Our base on charr has seen significant Quintesson activity in recent years. There is in fact wreckage of a full-cruiser on the planet. We can send out radio broadcasts, claiming to have discovered the secret to their cloaking technology. When they hear of this, they will rush to prevent this..attempting to destroy the researchers. When they land, a battle will ensue. And in the confusion, we can sow some of the infected sharkticons in amongst their ranks. When the retrieve what they believe to be our 'research' and return to Quintessa, the infected sharkticons will spread the plague like wildfire." Edward Bryant grins at Galvatron, "Nice tactical plan." Rodimus nods slowly. "That could work." Flamediver mutters to Cyclonus, "Amazing.. Galvatron... Mad... plan... the... to..." Cyclonus stares balefully at Flamediver and shifts away from him. Galvatron clenches his hand into a fist, and lines of electricity spark along his fingers, lighting the room with a blue flickering "If you wish to continue your existence, in this time or the future, you'd be wise to HOLD YOUR TONGUE!" Galvatron directs that comment at Flamediver. Cyclonus slowly steps in between then and contemplates tossing Flamediver through the door. Rodimus moves to get between them and pauses only when he sees Cyclonus step in ahead of him. "Both of you, stop sniping at each other." He looks hard at Flamediver. "We're here to work together, not start another war." Flamediver stands there silently, just looking at Galvatron, watching him warily, trying not to show any of his nervousness or fear. Flamediver nods to Rodimus and stays silent, folding his arms again over his chestplate and taps one of his fingers quietly. Cyclonus shoves Flamediver back rudely towards the wall behind him and adjusts his watchful position so that he stays in front of him... in striking distance. Galvatron grates irritably "Now, if certain thick-headed fools will silence themselves, I will continue. The crucial part of this plan is making the research seem realistic, as well as making the battle seem real. With sufficient preparation, this will be easy enough. Only one or two sharkticons need be sown into the ranks of the uninfected ones for this plan to succeed. This should be easy enough if the battle is intense..which I will ensure that it is." Galvatron continues "Quintesson radio transmissions will eventually tell us if the plans were successful. If they are, panic and chaos will erupt on the planet, and normal radio protocol will fail, and we will be able to intercept some of their transmissions. At that point, we can make our proposals for cooperation, or capture the necessary quintessons." Edward Bryant says, "Considering this is happening on Decepticon held ground, it will have to be their game only and wholly.." Flamediver props himself against the back wall as he gets shoved, just watching, his optics glittering at Glavatron as he keeps his gaze on the Decepticon leader. Rodimus smirks in morbid humor. "Making a battle look good would be a strength..." Galvatron waits for further comments from the crowd (rabble?), thinking to himself how this meeting proves the incompetence of the human race, and the chaotic command nature of the autobots. Cyclonus says, "What, if any, support will you need for the research aspects, Galvatron?" Galvatron speaks to Cyclonus without looking at him, purposely not giving him the respect of looking at his face when speaking "Very little. Perhaps any knowedge known on quintesson cloaking devices..to make the fake research look most realistic." You say, "We might be able to provide that, although I'd have to doublecheck with Whiz and Pak-Gor." Flamediver says, "Perhaps you could ask Dealiticus for help. He seems to have an aptitude for that type of thing, as far as I can tell." You say, "Dealiticus is a possibility, too. IS he still in the city or did he evacuate?" Galvatron lashes at Flamediver with his voice "Oh..and I'm sure that quintesson isn't going to see through our plans, warn the other quintessons, and squander the entire effort." Cyclonus looks towards Airwolf. Galvatron mutters something about 8 million years, and rust on processors. Flamediver says, "It was said earlier, he's more unaffiliated than with the Quintessons.. just like he wouldn't be able to access databanks. How do you know he'd tell the Quintessons?" Rodimus says evenly, "Dealiticus has dealt with me fairly throughout this Primitive incursion. I think he'd be willing to help." Airwolf says, "I haven't seen him." Galvatron points a finger at Rodimus "Very well, Rodimus. But if this fails, and he winds up informing the other quintessons, the failure rests on YOUR shoulders." Flamediver opens his mouth to make a comment, taking a deep breath, but glancing at Rodimus and Cyclonus, he snaps his jaw shut, looking a little sullen for a moment. Airwolf just looked at you. Edward Bryant scowls at Galvatron, "Command decisions are just that, command. Instead of pushing off the blame as quickly as you can how about you take some responsibility..." Rodimus says quietly, "I have little to lose at this point, Galvatron." Galvatron grates at Ed "Fool. If you hadn't noticed, _I_ came up with this plan, and _I_ am risking my troops, and _I_ am going to ensure it's success on charr! You, on the other hand, only permeate the room with your foul organic odors, instead of providing any real assistence. I do not see why Rodimus felt it necessary to bring you here...it is but an impediment to any real thinking or strategy." Rodimus snaps, "That's enough." Flamediver mutters, "They were smart enough to keep the Primitives away from old Earth.." Flamediver mutters again, "And Decepticons, for that matter.." Edward Bryant bites his tongue and adds in quickly, "In case you hadn't noticed, Galvatron, you haven't really been batting a thousand lately, Earth is read to assist in any way possible." Galvatron muters "Not for much longer.." Cyclonus turns and looks at Flamediver. Rodimus sighs. "And I thought we could get beyond petty squabbling..." Cyclonus mutters to Flamediver. You say, "Flamediver, if you can't be civil, you can step outside." Edward Bryant bites back any future comments, quietly shruging into his own thoughst. Galvatron sees the meeting degenerating into a bickering session that could soon get ugly. He turns his attention back to Rodimus "What more have we to discuss. Do you agree to this plan of action or not?" Flamediver looks up at Cyclonus grimly, his optics flashing once. He nods to Cyclonus as he says something, turning and walking out. Flamediver steps outside. Cyclonus turns back, easing into a more guarded stance. Edward Bryant looks up at Rodimus, stepping back quickly, "You already know what I have to offer." Rodimus nods carefully. "Agreed. If you require assistance in any aspect, let me know." Galvatron nods to Rodimus "Very well. If there is nothing further...?" You say, "I don't believe so. Thank you for your.. coorperation." Cyclonus relaxes his shoulders a bit, then ducks back out to clear the way. Cyclonus steps outside. Galvatron chuckles darkly, looking at rodimus before he heads out, motioning for shockwave and arachnae to follow. He heads out, giving cyclonus one stabbing glare before leaving Galvatron steps outside. Edward Bryant stepsback, staying beside Rodimus. Airwolf steps outside. Transmission from Cyclonus: Clear to the lift. Edward Bryant says, "I sense a double cross, but we have little choice.." Rodimus mutters, "Well, that could have gone worse..." You step out of the City Watch Headquarters. New Vilnacron Administration Center Contents: Flamediver Edward Bryant emerges from the City Watch Headquarters. Edward Bryant says, "True.. could actually have become a fight.." Flamediver stands, resting back against a building, looking glum and angry, his arms crossed over his chestplate as he idly twirls a laser pistol in one of his hands on a finger. Edward Bryant shudders faintly, "Remind me not to be that close to him again.. I do not see how Krystal did it.." Rodimus sighs. "He's even more difficult than my memory served. At least he agreed to the idea, even if he did insist on taking credit for the whole engagement.." Edward Bryant says, "Unless he fails, at which point, I doubt blame will matter." Transmission from Cyclonus: I will offer my assistance to the trap but I doubt he will have me. My apologies, but I seem to have outlived my usefulness. Flamediver just stands there, looking down at the ground, twirling his gun on his finger as he crosses and uncrosses his legs, his face darkened and slightly angry. You transmit a message to Cyclonus: Don't let him get to you. He's just being difficult. Rodimus says quietly, "All right, let's get out of here. We're not going to accomplish any more standing around." Edward Bryant nods. You are clear to enter and the doors slide open for you. New Vilnacron Marketplace East leads to Recreation District. North leads to New Vilnacron Administration Center. Freight Elevator leads to Inspection/Security Station. West leads to New Vilnacron Academy Grounds. South leads to Residential Area. Edward Bryant passes through the secured door. Edward Bryant looks up at the shaft, "This should be fun.. probably deserve it after my outbursts. I was out of line." Rodimus shakes his head. "No, Galvatron was. Although I won't speak for Flamediver.." You transmit a message to Flamediver: We're leaving. Are you coming? Edward Bryant looks down. "I see..." Transmission from Flamediver: Huh..? I must have missed you coming out. Who's all with you? You transmit a message to Flamediver: Just Edward and myself. We're waiting on you. Transmission from Flamediver: What about Cyclonus..? You transmit a message to Flamediver: He came out ahead of us. Transmission from Flamediver: Allright.. be there in a sec. Transmission from Airwolf: Do you require assistance in climbing the shaft? Rodimus offers an arm. "I can carry you up on my back if you want." You transmit a message to Airwolf: No, we should be all right. Edward Bryant chuckles. "What, do I look that old? All right, probably be quicker anyway." Flamediver passes through the secured door. Rodimus smiles. "Access ladder isn't exactly spaced for humans and it's a long way up for you." Edward Bryant grins a bit and climbs up Rodimus' arm and onto his back, "True.. though it would be a great time to practice that rock climbing Whiz bragged about when she was Gwen." Flamediver comes walking out, putting away a slightly smoking laser pistol back into his holsters as it closes into his leg, stepping up grimly to Rodimus and Edward, nodding. Rodimus chuckles softly at Edward's comment and hoists himself up onto the ladder, glancing back over his shoulder at Flamediver as he comes in. "You all right?" Transmission from Sunstreaker: Hi. I was just cruising, and I've bumped into one of those horrendous Prime types fairly near Memorial? Any opinions? I was considering giving him a major make-over... You transmit a message to Sunstreaker: Avoid a confrontation if possible. Transmission from Sunstreaker: (Sounds disapointed) Yeah. Right. Flamediver scowls slightly as his optics flash for a moment, but then shrugs slightly, "I can deal with it." Rodimus says gently, "We have to work together, Flamediver, much though it may gall." Flamediver growls slightly, "I hate him. I hate what he stands for.. I hate how he treats Cyclonus." You say, "I'm not too fond of him either." Rodimus turns and starts pulling himself up the ladder. Transmission from Cyclonus: Clear to the entrance, though there may be possible traffic between here and Iacon. You transmit a message to Cyclonus: Acknowledged. Edward Bryant rides up on Rodimus' back. Flamediver arrives from the Marketplace via the freight elevator. Mischief is hanging as far back away from the traffic area as possible, watching them come through. Airwolf says, "My apologies again. The elevator's on our list of things to do." Rodimus hehs. "No need to apologize.." Edward Bryant says, "No need to at all." Flamediver climbs up hand over hand on the elevator cables, not using his legs or feet, merely using his arms to haul himself up, his face one of concentration and slight strain, though also grim. As he gets to the opening, he swings himself slightly around, releasing the cables and landing on solid ground. Mischief waves quietly to them and continues to watch them go. Edward Bryant climbs off Rodimus' back and brushes himself off. You say, "My thanks for letting us use this place... Let's go, guys." Rodimus transforms into what can only be called a high-tech, flaming... car. Airwolf says, "You're very welcome." Flamediver nods quietly to Mischief, trying to keep his face free of any emotion as he steadily walks by and out of the Tunnel. You say, "Hop in, Edward," he chuckles slightly, "Unless you'd rather walk." Edward Bryant laughs, "No thank you.." Airwolf frowns. "A bit too far to walk." Mischief hehs quietly. Edward Bryant opens the door that pops open for him, and climbs inside. Flamediver keeps walking away steadily, not transforming until he's clear of the tunnel. Flamediver is cleared to pass, and the doors slide open for him. Airwolf says, "Farewell." Flaming Car drives out after Flamediver. You are cleared to enter, and the doors slide open for you. Sunstreaker just looked at you. Camouflaged Jet says, "I will fly cover overhead if you wish..." Futuristic Seeker doesn't answer, howvering in the air quietly, his engines on a low burn, waiting for Rodimus or Cyclonus to precede him. You say, "If you think it's neccessary. Things aren't quite so bad around here as we're used to.." Firestone lowers into herself, folding into a large black '59 hovercaddy. Futuristic Seeker says, "Let me handle that, Cyclonus." Camouflaged Jet tips a wing, then throttles over his engine. "Very well." Sunstreaker arches his fingers, then transforms. Camouflaged Jet moves west to the Energon Spring. Sunstreaker doesn't seem to bothered, "Doesn't matter. Style is always in fashion" Flaming Car chuckles softly, unable to resist. "Well, some of us would know." HoverCadillac enters from the east. Sunstreaker speeds along afterwards, enjoying how the light reflects on his perfect lines Edward Bryant lifts up his head slightly, "I know you don't trust him, Rodimus. But will he work for us?" You say, "Galvatron? I don't think he has much of a choice." Sunstreaker muses, "Never trust a Cybertronian who thinks purple's stylish" Edward Bryant nods. "He will probably still try to twist this the way he wants it.." Flaming Car adds dryly, "Or that diplomacy comes from the barrel of a gun." You say, "Most likely. So we keep an optic on him." You move toward the tunnel to the west ... Tunnel of Retoris Sunstreaker comes in from the east. Out of nowhere, something snickers. Edward Bryant nods in agreement. Sunstreaker speeds along afterwards, the snickering covered by the rush of the wind against his flanks Flaming Car heads through unconcernedly. You head north toward the Iacon Plain. You move north to the Gates of Iacon... Gates of New Iacon Obvious exits: Fly leads to Sky above Iacon. South leads to Iacon Plain. You say, "Home sweet home." Edward Bryant says, "Not quite for me, but it feels like it is becoming my second one.." Flaming Car sighs. "My old one. Sky Lynx destroyed it when we were forced off Cybertron. I never thought I'd see it again." Edward Bryant frowns. "Sorry..." You say, "Don't apologize. It's hardly your fault." Futuristic Seeker soars down into view from the skies above. HoverCadillac enters from the Iacon Plain to the south. Firestone rises, forms interlocking and reshaping, into her feminine robot form. Edward Bryant has arrived. Futuristic Seeker comes soaring in from above, slowing down as he approaches the large gates of Iacon. Still well above them, he transforms into his robot mode, descending slowly to land on the ground in front of the gates lightly. Smoothly and rather quietly, Flamediver's wings shift from his side to his back as his arms slide out. His legs extend slightly and separate as he flips up into his robot mode, his cockpit flipping down to the front of his chest. Rodimus shifts to robot mode. Edward Bryant hops out of Rodimus, and looks around. Firestone says, "H'llo." Flamediver turns to look over at Rodimus, "Cyclonus went to speak with Firestar.. he mentioned something about staying in Vilnacron after that though, but I do not know for sure the place he will choose to stay." Rodimus frowns. "I guess it's up to him, if he doesn't want to stick around Darkmount." Flamediver says, "He won't stay here either.." Edward Bryant nods. "Hello, Firestone." Flamediver says, "Personally, sir, I think it's best that Cyclonus stay away from Galvatron the Mad. All Galvatron does is hurt him." You say, "I don't think the Autobots would tolerate him staying here for an extended period, anyway." Rodimus murmurs, "That's all Galvatron ever did to anyone.." Flamediver's facial expression does not change, "Why am I not surprised?" Firestone says, "Makes sense to me." Edward Bryant frowns and heads inside. "Excuse me."
