Transformers2005 - Saturday, June 27, 1998, 6:26 PM --------------------------------------------------- A birdlike creature with brilliant purple feathers draped down its body like a cape hops up out of the tunnel leading to the gladitorial arenas. He has a sheet of papers in his hand, rifling through them with the vesitigial digits at the ends of his 'wings.' "Will contestants... Sky Lynx and Cyclonus, please report to arena one!" he bellows startlingly loudly for his build. Shockwave nods at Cyclonus, optic flashing. Apparently his optic is the only thing he didn't allow to be autographed on. Cyclonus glances at Galvatron and nods slightly before approaching the arena. Salvo looks around a bit, then trots over to the rest of the Cons. "Did I miss anything?" he huffs. Galvatron places a hand on Cyclonus's shoulder, "Fight for the Empire Cyclonus, I trust you will not dissappoint me." Scourge gives his brother a confirming nod, and smiles. Trigger grins up at Sky Lynx, sliding her shoulder wings down as she gets up to her feet, "I'll be cheering for you from the stands." She moves to follow him over to the pit. Bushido intercepts Cyclonus on the way to the Arena, "Commander..?" Cyclonus continues walking as he glances at Bushido, "Not now." Sky Lynx stretches a few limbs and limbers up a bit, lashing his head and next around with deadly accuracy, then glances at the bird with a cock of his head, "You're new ..." he states simply and heads full stride toward the combat arena. Spoiler continues to pursue Rodimus, in an attempt to ask his important question. Bushido inclines his head slightly, stepping back. "As you wish." Shockwave stands silently, falling in beside Galvatron and following. Buzzsaw waddles along. Rodimus Prime grins. "Good luck, Sky Lynx. No problem, right?" Combat Judge Harelquin hmms, and studies his paperwork. "Trigger and Afterburner?" he whinnies. Trigger trots near Sky Lynx until he gets to the pit, then veers off to take a seat in a good place to observe the fight... then she jerks up muttering as she hears her own name called. Spoiler jumps up and down, "Excuse me! Rodimus!" Galvatron looks at Shockwave bewildered, and begins to say, "What... nevermind." Cyclonus strides up to the edge of the arena and waits. Scourge smirks sadistically at Blades, tensing his knuckle servos. "I guess it shall wait until we leave." Rodimus Prime turns around distractedly, sighing as he connects voice with face. "What is it?" Sky Lynx glances down at Trigger and offers a thankful nod, then to Rodimus, "Luck? I don't really need it. But it's one of my best skills sould it come into play." With that he steps into the combat arena. Sky Lynx has left. Cyclonus has left. Blades turns back to Scourge. Blades still has his Scourge-Beard on. He shrugs. "Oh well. I would have liked to join, they won't let me though." Onslaught has left. Combat Judge Harelquin hmms, as Afterburner is nowhere to be found, and makes a quick change, announcing, "Trigger and Spoiler!" Spoiler whews. "Okay," he says, "You know that flashlight Prime kept in his chest, that you have now, and used to find the power switch in Unicron? What brand is it? Matrix or Brinkman?" Trigger "mutters and waves a paw at the combatants before running through the crowd to the other pit. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus stands almost casually after he steps in, watching Sky Lynx closely and quietly. Rodimus Prime bristles. "I don't know what you're talking about." Bushido slowly walks to the edge of the combat pit, his optics staying on Cyclonus' form. Trigger passes by Rod and spoiler and hisses, "Come on now, I don't have all day, I'd like to see SOME of Sky Lynx's battle." Laserbeak arrives from the hotel to the west. Laserbeak has arrived. Combat Judge Harelquin taps Spoiler on the shoulder, interrupting him. "It is your turn for combat, Spoiler." Salvo, having been here earlier when this came up, finds it impossible not to laugh at Spoiler Blades says, "No comment Scourge?" Rumble snickers in Spoiler's general directin. Spoiler frowns, "Well...you know--" He turns around, "Wh-oh. Okay. Maybe later," he says to Prime. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx moves gracefully to the oppisite side of the arena, each step seemingly too calculated to be casual, He takes a few practice swings at the air with his tail and forclaws, dancing around with a grae that's far too appearant for someone of such bulk. Scourge stares daggers through Blades, and turns away, saving his hostility for his match. Galvatron chuckles at Spoiler's comment, and at Rodimus's reply, and watches the combatants take their places. Spoiler says, "Yes judge?" Rodimus Prime says dryly, "Yeah.." turning around with some relief to watch Sky Lynx's fight. From Combat Pit 1, The bird follows the contestants down, chirping gravely. "You are familiar with the rules, yes?" Salvo glances towards Scourge, recalling his comments about Cyclonus' chances earlier Combat Judge Harelquin gestures to combat arena 2. "It is your turn for combat." From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus begins to stretch his limbs and neck, testing each of his weapons systems in turn, all the while his optics locked on the Autobot monster across the pit from him. Trigger squeezes through the crowd, looking for where she's supposed to be fighting, having no patience to wait on Spoiler. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx stops suddenly and stares across the arena at Cyclonus, "You are far too respectible a Decepticon to waste my chides and taunts on, may the better transformer win." Spoiler walks over to the second arena, "Oh yeah, great." Buzzsaw has left. FX has arrived. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx glances up at Har, "The first one who falls is the looser correct?" Spoiler starts to head in the same direction as Trigger...um...looking for proverbial arena 2. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus nods at Sky Lynx, "Remind us, for prudence's sake." Combat Judge Harelquin says, "Trigger, combat arena 2, also." Trigger is as well.... where the heck did they hide it. Spoiler continues to try and find the arena, unsure of it's location and/or existance. Combat Pit 1 A recessed arena, ringed by tiers of bleachers to give onlookers an optimal view. Carrying: Judge Siriis, Cyclonus, Sky Lynx Eagle spreads his wings as the combat is apparently about to begin, and glides into the stands. Spoiler finally discovers the arena, what an incredible stoke of luck. Trigger has left. Spoiler has left. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger mutters drily as she steps through the pass to get inside the Arena and makes her way across to the other side. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger swishes her tail and once she gets to the middle turns to look at Spoiler. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler waves at Trigger, "Hey, are you in here too fight to? What a coincidence..." From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin uhms, "She's here to fight you." he clicks. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger grins at Spoiler, "... a Decepticon who's dumber than he looks, go fig." From Combat Pit 1, Judge Siriis chirps, "Correct. The battle will continue until one of the contestants is unable to continue." (OOC: when you reach your courage endurance) From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus summons his Oxidation Rifle from subspace. "I am ready." Galvatron heads for the stands in arena 1 to watch the Cyclonus fight. Bushido turns and observes as Galvatron heads to the Cyclonus fight...moving himself in that direction as well. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger grins evilly and suddenly holograms herself to look like a black cat, solid black, with golden optics. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx's body glows with a soft yellow hue as he primes up his main weapons system, he greets the incoming Decepticons with an uncomfortable glare. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus gives no sign he notices the arrival of his comrades, though his fingers of his left hand flex slightly as he continues to keep his gaze on Sky Lynx. From Combat Pit 1, Judge Siriis bobs his birdlike appendages in a bow of courtesy. "You may begin. Let us keep this sportsmanlike, yes?" From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx glances back at the judge, "Indeed .. " From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler blinks, taken aback slightly by the sudden change of appearance in his opponent. After a moment of reflection he asks, "So...you transform from a...thing, into a cat?" From Combat Arena 2, Trigger grins, "Of course I do, I transform into a lot more things though, perhaps I'll show you while we battle." From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin says, "You know the rules. Until surrender, or one falls unconscious. (cou end) All weapons are ok, don't overdo it on the stuns, and have a clean fight. WWhenever your ready." he takes out a coin. "Heads, tails, Trigger, call it." From Combat Arena 2, Trigger twitches her tail, "Tails." From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin sends the coin skyborne, flipping a quarter in real life. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus crouches defensively and begins to circle slightly, Oxidation rifle pointed at Sky Lynx, watching for an open moment of vulnerability. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin says, "Tails it is. Trigger first, ready begin!" From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler watches the coin flip, then nods satisfactorily before turning back to face Trigger. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger crouches down to a combative position, tail swishing wildly with anticipation. She extends her gleaming black claws just for Spoiler to admire them, and lifts her wingspars. At the same time, the armor around her neck expands slightly, liftingout for a cooling affect. The instant she hears word, she snarls and lunges at Spoiler, wasting no time, "I want this over quick and clean, no messing around because I want to see the rest of the other fight!!" From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx stalks opposite of Cyclonus, much like a lion. Careful not to let the Decepticon get behind him or take a shot at his flank. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus seems to hesitate, as if undecided of whether or not to fire, and then immediately snaps off a powerful blast towards the Autobot, the display merely a sham to hopefully catch him off guard. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his Oxidation Rifle , as he is momentarily distracted. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger misses Spoiler with her bite attack. Sideswipe has connected. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger jumps out a bit too quick, her feet hitting ground instead of spoiler, and jaw snapping shut on nothing at all. She snarls in anger and whirls around, attempting to shield her currently unprotected side. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx is indeed caught off guard s the swiftness of Cyclonus' attack escapes his preparation. The bolt burows ito his left shoulder, sending a stream of energy coursing down his foreleg. Sky lynx, jumps back slightly, not really affected but somehwat angered. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler gasps as Trigger immeadietly lunges at him. His initial instinct from years of intensive combat training in the Decepticon war academy, is to scream and slam his body into the ground. He acts predictably, hitting the dirt, then rolling over and stopping suddenly, as he forgets what to do next. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler sits up, optics wide. He just kind of shrugs at Trigger as she makes the defensive pose. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger snarls, "Well.. ATTACK IDIOT!!!" She crouches and circles Spoiler, searching for an opening, and expecting something... she's never had a con act like this in a battle before. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler snaps his fingers with the sudden revelation, "Attack! That was it!" From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus continues to circle as the hit connects, not displaying any sign of thankfulness or relief, just watching as he watches and waits. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx stalks forward with a sudden burst of speed, then leaps back, landing in his original spot - trying to psyche-out Cyclonus a little. Then he circles quicker after Cyclonus, lashing his tail about wildly. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus jumps back as Sky Lynx leaps and lands, keeping his front to the Autobot cautiously. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger's optics flicker in a rolling motion, "Well.. d'uh!! I didn't know they made cons as stupid as you, how'd you slip into the ranks at ALL?" From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin runs his hand over his muzzle, making a disguisted noise. From Combat Pit 3, Combat Judge Eidos enters the pit and looks around to see if everything is in order and checks the rosters. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger just stands there, perplexed at the fact that he's not attacking. Perhaps this is just some kind of new way of fighting... to completely psyche her out. If anything, it only heats her anger at missing out on Sky Lynx's match with Cyclonus. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx quickly darts to the left and then to the right as Cyclonus moves, lashing his tail over his head as a sudden Click-chip sound is heard and a large Plasma shell launches from the end of the Dinobird's tail and toward Cyclonus. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his plasma attack. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus spots the motion and swiftly dives to the left, rolling along the ground as the shell detonates where he just was. His optics narrow almost imperceptibly and he leaps into the air, transforming as he goes. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane soars along the confines of the pit, his ability to evade hindered. However, thanks to the marvels of Unicron's technology, the spaceplane veers around sharply at an almost impossible angle and his weapon ports snap open, unleashing a barrage of missiles at the Dinobird. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Cluster- Missiles, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx dodges quickly to the left as his shot goes awry. Witnessing the Transformation he begins leaping in a long string of random manuvers to avoid Cyc's attack, only to be caught up in the cloud of missile Cyclonus showers him with. From Combat Pit 1, Judge Siriis quietly scoots behind the forcefield that surrounds the arena, as security against stray shots. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane swoops back around as the missiles explode, nuclear turbines whining in protest at the sharp manuevers. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Spaceplane with his fire attack. The announcement blares over the speakers, "Calling Divebum the deceptibot and Sidesnipe the Autocon." Someone muffled says.. "nono It's Divebomb the Decepticon and Sideswipe the Autobot!" The announcer corrects himself and reannounces the match. Eagle glides down from the stands toward the 3rd arena, tossing a glance over at Delores and Sina. Sideswipe looks at the speaker as his name is called, and stands up, walking briskly toward the 3rd arena as well. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx quickly moves out of the makeshift smoke shield, his white back dotted with small black singes. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane's rear sensors beep in sharp warning at the inbound fire and Cyclonus veers, the acetylene splashing into a retaining wall and scorching it. As he circles around for another strafe, a side panel pops open and an auxiliary gun port gleams dully a microsecond before it unleashed a blast of greenish energy. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Auxiliary Laser, as he is momentarily distracted Sideswipe has left. Eagle has left. From Combat Pit 3, Combat Judge Eidos awaits for the contestants to arrive as he sees some spectators arrive also and he sits down in his chair and looks at the arena. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe hops down, and takes his place in the center of the pit, and glares at Divebomb coldly, intent on...well, looking cool. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle glides sedately into the arena, landing not far from Sideswipe, "May the best win, Autobot.." From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx growls angrily as yet another blash pierces his thickly armored hide, he leaps into the air after the Spaceplane, unsheathing his very large claws as he closes in and takes a powerful swing. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx strikes Spaceplane with evisceration. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe nods back to Divebomb, once, almost smiling, then winks confidently into the stands. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle cocks his head and glances back to the spectator, letting out a screech at Delores before looking at the judge. From Combat Pit 3, Combat Judge Eidos looks at the two fighters on the field and stands up raising his arms into the air announcing the rules, "You know the rules. Until surrender, or one falls unconscious. (cou/end) All weapons are alright, and have a good, clean fight. " Edios takes out a coin. "Heads, tails, Divebomb, call it." From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe cracks his knuckleservos, and begins doing basic combat stretches, loosening his limbs and rotators, also psyching himself up. o 0 (I can do this...It's Divebomb...Kill Swoop taking your rocketpack...I can do this..) From Combat Pit 3, Salvo strides alertly into the area. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle hms, spreading out his wings, "Tails." From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe stops stretching, and watches the coin toss, as well as the Predacon. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane's engines sputter slightly as Sky Lynx's claws dig into the plasma chamber and rupture a secondary vent. He swoops around, his weapons systems whining with power as he unleashes a horrible reddish blast of energy at the airborne Autobot. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Neutron Cannon, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe immediatly takes a defensive stance as soon as the Edios speaks, preparing himself both mentally and physically for the coming attack from Divebomb. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle smirks, taking to the air as soon as the signal is given, and ignites his thrusters, swooping toward his opponent with a screech as his talons rake downward. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle misses Sideswipe with his Talon attack. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler, with renewed purpose since discovering he should 'attack,' leaps to his feet and thrusts out his arms, brandishing his weapons. The two long, black Pee Wee 500 autocannons stare at you like twin tunnels of death, gleaming almost blindingly in the light. "Die!" Spoiler shouts triumphantly. -Click-Click-Click-Click-Click- From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler blinks. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx's momentum propells him forward as Cyclonus' cannon streaks into his prone form, pushing him back through the air and slamming him against the shield barrier of the combat arena, causing him to drop off the side and smash into the ground in a bit of a heap. Although it's not long before he pushes himself to his feet, the pruod autobot symbol on his chestplate now reduced to a large black scorchmark. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane streaks up to the top limit of the pit and begins spiraling down, smoking slightly. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger sits on her haunches and sighs, shaking her head, "Why don't you just say, "I give up and be done with it, you're obvioiusly far to incompetent to fight." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler holds up his palm, "Wait a minute!" he shouts. "I came prepared for this!" From Combat Arena 2, Trigger says, "You didn't even KNOW you were going to fight me, and you came prepared??" From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe dives forward, throwing himself into a roll and coming to a halt on one knee. He quickly scrambles back to his feet and faces the predacon, narrowing his optics coolly, and sends a flare from his shoulder gun rocketing at the airborne Divebomb. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe strikes Eagle with laser. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx starts forward at a steady trot, picking up speed as he charges and leaps high into the air at the approching plane, determined to sidetrack the suicide dive with one of his own! From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx strikes Spaceplane with ram. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane gets knocked spinning by the mass and velocity of the Autobot and crashes into the forcefield, transforming painfully as he begins to fall. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger says, "What did you do, bring along some sort of instruction sheet from Lord Galvatron." She states sarcastically, "Maybe you're just the postercon for all you can be in the con army." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler frowns while reacheing into his pocket and taking out a box of bullets. "I didn't know I was fightiny YOU, but I knew I was fighting," he rationalizes. Spoiler slides open his right autocannon and fills it with ammo, then closes it. "Alright," he says, "let's go." From Combat Pit 3, Eagle goes into evasive maneuvers as he buzzes Sideswipe, banking up as his talons strike air. He angles around, too late to see the laser that burns into his back, earning a screech. He narrows his optics and pulls a loop, locking onto the Autobot with a rocket. As he again aligns with Sideswipe, he lets the rocket fly... From Combat Pit 3, Eagle misses Sideswipe with his Wing-rocket attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx slams off the side of Cyclonus and spirals down into the ground, sending bits of metals shards in all directions and creating a small crater in the floor. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus snarls, the first sign of his anger beginning to rise and launches himself from the forcefield. As he nears Sky Lynx, he swings out a powerful arm to knock him sprawling, aiming for his opponent's neck. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his clothesline, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler throws his arm out, this time actually spraying the area with ammunition. What an incredible stroke of luck. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger sits there, .... and watches as the bullets fly all around the place and fail to hit her. She shakes her head and growls, "This is pathetic, try again." From Combat Arena 2, Trigger sits up on her haunches, "Look, I'm right HERE take your time and AIM!" From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin oh craps and hits the deck as the bullets spray over his head. "Don't shoot the Judge!" he hollars angrilly! From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler frowns, fidgeting useluessly for a moment before accepting the humiliating invitation. "Right, right!" he calls after the judge, taking a step forward and firing again. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Winged Feline with ballistic. From Combat Pit 3, Combat Judge Eidos leans fom his seat to the rail and looks down on the match below and smiles he holds his staff in his hand and raps it on the ground once. He leans back into his seat and watches thinking about being home with his wife and kids. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe erks as the rockets blast at him, leaping forward as the rockets explode behind him, sending himself into the air for several seconds before coming to an easy landing in a crouch, a few meters from his original position. Sideswipe's rifle materializes into his awaiting hands, and raises it at the eagle, grinning slightly as he pulls the trigger, sending red lines of burning plasma to rain down on the Decepticon. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Eagle with his Plasma attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx lies in the crater for several minutes, slow to get up, a thin smoke rising from his back. He lifts his head, trying to get his bearings as Cyclonus delivers the vicious blow to his neck, draving his head back to the ground. He paws wildly at the attacking Decepticon, trying to free himself of the barrage. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his claw attack. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger splays back her ears and as the bullets thud into her chest and neck armor, she goes down flat on her back with a loud "Whuf". For a moment, she just lays there, surprised that he actually HIT her that time. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler gasps, temporarily stunned, just as surprised as Trigger at the fact he has actually hit someone. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin stands up slowly and goes back to judging the fight. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle snarls as the rocket misses it's mark, pulling up again. He quickly puts some thrust into his engines and spirals up, then changes tactics, transforming... From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb unclips his sword from his hip and dives downward, swinging the blade toward Sideswipe as he lets out a screech. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb misses Sideswipe with his Laser-guided Sword attack. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger swishes her tail once, paws held up over her, before rolling over with a growl and deciding to return the fire, "... nice." She growls softly, obviously holding her voice down, "But let's see how you handle fighting with true firepower." With that, her hip launchers whir and click as the grenades lock into place. She slides her forepaws forward, to take advantage of the surprised con, intending on sending him where he belongs. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger fires off the left grenade and right grenades, simultaneously, forgetting that one of them happens to not be a real grenade, but a small object made of frail materials... filled with Caterwaul copyrighted Pastel Pink Paint. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger misses Spoiler with her fire attack. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus hops off the struggling form, the claws swiping scant centimeters from his armor as he pulls out his rifle and fires off a quick snap as he dance away and out of range of the vicious claws. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his Oxidation Rifle , as he is momentarily distracted Springer saunters into the area after having left to grab an ener-snack and finds a seat beside the Boss, offering Rod a piece of the snack. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe blinks, then pulls off an amazing form of gymnastics, doing a backflip out of the way of Divebomb's sword, then springs forward, sending himself at Divebomb. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Divebomb with his blow attack. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb quickly spins away as his strike misses, sidestepping, er, sidehovering from the pounce as he continues his swing in one fluid motion, swatting after the red target with the flat of the sword. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb strikes Sideswipe with Flat of Sword. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx flips up onto his front and rights himself just as Cyc's laserbolt bites into his back lack. Seeing as Cyc is behind Sky Lynx, he's not in the most opportune position, as the Dinobird swings his powerful tail at the Decepticon's legs. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his slash attack. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus springs into the air, trailing energon, and manages to just avoid the tail. As he nears the ground again, he sneers and points himself towards the ground and Sky Lynx's middle, engaging his hoverjets and propelling himself like a bullet. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his Accelerated Smash, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses his target, and falls flat on his face, eating dirt. His back arches and yelps as the sword hits him. He rolls onto his side, and swings out a leg at the Predacon's feet, hoping to throw him off balance. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe strikes Divebomb with kick. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler takes another brief moment to let this sink in. He's overcome with anger, and finally, something seems to snap inside him. Fortunately he overcomes the tiny internal injury and runs at Trigger, throwing himself into the attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx reaches forward and braces himself for the smash by Cyc, staggering backward a little, but swiping as the Decepticon veres off. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his slash attack. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus evades the paw and jumps into the air again, showing signs of fatigue but not weakness in his determination. His body twists as he once again transforms, his other mode much better equipped for killing. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger snarls but then chuckles as Spoiler is hit by that lovely shade of pink, "A befitting color ffor a Decepticon." She hisses and jerks backwards as she's punched at, risiing up on her hindlegs and slashing out at him with a set of foreclaws that would make a sweep nervous. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger misses Spoiler with her claw attack. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb gets struck in the back of the leg, the motion sending the currently hovering Predacon into a spin. He recovers quickly with a birst from his boot thrusters and points his sword at Sideswipe, a narrow beam lancing out from the tip. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb strikes Sideswipe with Sword-laser. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx decides to follow suit and also changes into his somewhat smaller, yet more lithe feline form. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane jets straight upwards, and then tips back down so the spiked cone of his nose is pointing directly down and towards Sky Lynx. His weapons spark as a violet beam of energy lances towards the newly transformed Autobot. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Lancing Beam, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Arena 2, Trigger snarls and drops to all fours again as she misses... AGAIN. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler dives at Trigger, but misses her as he jerks backwards. Her retaliation also misses and he simply flies right on through, smashing into the far wall and rolling off into a small heap. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger trots over toward Spoiler, keeping a few yards between he and she, watching him cautiously, unsure of WHAT his methods are, or even recognizing his fighting style, but darn well on the alert in case he should throw her off guard again. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe oomphs as the laser hits him dead center in his chest, then quickly shakes off the shock, and scrambles to his feet. Once his balance is regained, a rocket launcher is suddenly pointed at Divebomb, coming from behind his back. And Sideswipe takes no hesitation in letting 'em fly.. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Divebomb with his rocket attack. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline jerks backward from the blast, energybolts streaming through his body. He staggers around a bit and tries to shake off the blast, he glances up on wobbly legs, his golden feline head crossed with a certain amount of respect and ferocity, as he leaps high into the air at the spaceplane. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline strikes Spaceplane with bite. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline clamps down on one of Cyc's wings and hangs on, trying to bend it into deformity From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb swings that darn sword once again as he hovers to the side, tapping the rear of the rocket to set it off course. He smoothly returns his sword to its clip at his side and brings up his rifle, levelling it at the bright, shiny, target. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb misses Sideswipe with his Particle-Beam Rifle attack. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe sideleaps, and lands gracefully, or as gracefully as a 21 foot tall robot can be. He transforms.. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger leaps aside of Spoiler's leep, nimbly dodging aside his foot and moving in the way only a feline can move, twisting her body around and attempting to hit him before he even hits the ground, both sets of claws splayed and her beak open and emitting a loud screech. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger strikes Spoiler with evisceration. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane tips his wings and begins to veer, trying to shake the stubborn feline off. He suddenly launches forward towards a wall, determined to crush Sky Lynx between himself and the solid object. At the last moment, he releases his thrusters and pivots slightly so that his wing and the Autobot are between the greater part of his mass and the wall. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane misses Giant Feline with his ram attack. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline pivots himself onto the Spaceplane's back, and begins viciously clawing at the damaged wing, trying to diable Cyclonus' flight ability - at least in this mode. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline misses Spaceplane with his claw attack. From Combat Pit 3, Red Countach's engine roars to life, and smoke puffs from his tailpipe. Then, in a blurr of red paint, the sportscar speeds at Divebomb, a low growl heard. Is that the engine, or Sideswipe? The engine, actually, Sideswipe is pretty quiet for this fight.. From Combat Pit 3, Red Countach misses Divebomb with his ram attack. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler let's out a yelp of pain as he's torn into, energon spraying through the air behind him as his trajectory is altered by the attack and he goes slamming into the ground, rolling over more times than one would reasonably expect. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger growls and bounces off of Spoiler as he impacts with the ground, the force sending her rolling as well... a good distance away. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb leaps up out of the way of the oncoming car, strapping his rifle back to his hip. He then clenches both fists together and flies above Sideswipe, raising the makeshift anatomical cudgel for a dual-fisted blow. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb misses Red Countach with his Hammer Strike attack. From Combat Pit 3, Red Countach rolls right past Divebomb and his attack, making a sharp turn as the pit wall forces him to, and does a half lap before transforming again. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline misses his wild swipe and topples off Cyc's back, landing rather hard on his feet (Well, he is a cat after all) From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane scrapes along the wall, missing Sky Lynx and fortunately reacting in time to avoid crushing himself as he ignites his thrusters again and streaks off. He twirls violently, managing to prevent the cat from doing any major damage. A panel pops open and a small turreted weapon spins around to lock onto the fallen feline, firing a pulse of plasma at him. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Pulse Rifle, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler makes as quick a recovery as he can, pushing himself up onto his knee while cradling his arm over the wounds the paint appears to be drying in. In an attempt to buy some time, he pulls out his combat knife and tosses it away off to the side of Trigger where it lands with a loud clank. He points and yells, "Look at that!" From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler considers himself a master at diversionary tactics. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger skids to the side , and ooh, shiny, sees the glint of light off the metal just as she starts getting up. Her optics are immediately fastened on it for about five seconds. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe's optics search for a target, and quickly find once. Just as fast, Sideswipe's pistol is snatched from subspace and aimed at Divebomb. Even faster, it fires. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Divebomb with his laser attack. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb flies upwards, allowing the laser blast to strike the ground beneath him. As he rises, he transforms.... From Combat Pit 3, Eagle circles upwards a moment before angling straight at Sideswipe below, and engages his engines with a whine and a roar, screeching loudly as he lives up to his name and, yes, divebombs the Autobot. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle misses Sideswipe with his ram attack. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline slumps down from the blast, a combination of injury and fatigue clearly starting to set in. His worn armor has massive burns and quite a few punctures which leak energon ina several places. Refusing to be deterred, He speeds for the wall and springbards off it, propelling himself up and over the Decepticon and trying to crash down upon him. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline strikes Spaceplane with crush. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler struggles to his feet and reaches for his knife to throw at Trigger, the perfect attack to accentuate his brilliant diversion. He pauses, feeling around for his knife. He eyes Trigger, staring at the knife for about 3 more of the 5 seconds. His knife. It's over there. Crud. Spoiler starts a running tackle as fast as he can to get his knife and throw it AT his opponent. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane smashes into the wall with Sky Lynx, his frame caving in slightly and systems sparking and smoking. As he falls, Cyclonus barely engages his hoversystem before plunging into the ground. He swivels as his running lights flicker, and delivers his last barrage of missiles at the Autobot. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Cluster- Missiles, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline sprirals down and archs away from Cyclonus as he releases the volly of missiles. Pelting the injured feline over and over again, causing him to land on his feet, but not quite so nimbly as he collapses to the ground a split second later - smoke rising from his underside. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane hovers up and ignites his one functioning thruster, the others punctured and useless. From Combat Pit 1, Giant Feline pushes hismelf to his feet, shakily, A thick grinding of gears can be heard and he manages to shift into his larger mode. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger hrms as the holding end of the knife pings off her armor, letting her know that, hey stupid, there's still a battle going on in here. She blinks a few times, then turns toward Spoiler, grinning evilly as she shifts to her alternate form. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform lowers her turrets to the really close con as she backs up and gets her pose correct. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe leaps into the air, looking like he's going to backflip, the eagle diving under him. Using perhaps perfect timing, he tries to fall on the eagle, using momentum gained from..nothing really. It's all physical strength. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Eagle with his Smash attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx's added weight causes his right foreleg to buckle, he holds it up in the air and unleashes another gust of acetylene at Cyclonus. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Spaceplane with his fire attack. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform chuckles, "Why don't you stick your hand down in one of those and do me a favor." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler thuds off of Trigger and lands roughly right in front of her. He blinks at the proposition. "What? The barrel? Why?" he asks skeptically. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle misses his intended target, though his current high speed makes it very difficult for Sideswipe to land anywhere near his back. He pulls up, not losing too much speed, and banks around, thrusting his head down at the Autobot to savagely peck him. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle strikes Sideswipe with Beak. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane spirals around the blast, stray whisps charring his armor slightly. The spaceplane swoops around and throttles forward, streaking towards the large monstrosity that is Sky Lynx. The wind whistles eerily in the claw-made holes in his armor as he advances. Blades has connected. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his ram, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe lands on his aft, grunting in pain. He erks as the beak...pecks at him, and swings his fist, trying to stop the bird from continuing his flight. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Eagle with his punch attack. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform had meant that as a joke, but sees a chance there, "Because." she states drily, "I seem to have something lodged in it that needs to be removed or the battle's over and you don't get to slag me?" From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform says, "For the glory of the empire, right? You gotta win by beating me to pieces, not from a weapons failure." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler stands up and dusts himself off, "Ah, man! I hate these rules of conduct." He peers at the cannon with narrowed optics before reaching inside. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle tilts a wing, banking away from the swinging fist and flipping forward, transforming... From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb unclips his sword and brandishes it, then closes in on the shiny red Bot as he lifts it, held in both hands, to smash the hilt down at Sideswipe. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb strikes Sideswipe with Hilt of Sword. Blitzwing sneers at Spike... From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx :seems ready for the dive, and absorbes the blow, clutching to the ship and attempting to maul it as it tears into his own body From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx strikes Spaceplane with evisceration. Spike says, "Marissa, hello. I trust you are enjoying yourself?" From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform waits until Spoiler's fingers are just about to pass beneath the rim of her laser cannon, ... and then fires off as powerful of a shot as possible, stating offhandedly, "Oops." From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform misses Spoiler with her laser attack. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe scrambles back to his feet, only to be knocked backwards from the sword's impact. He stumbles for a few feet, and shakes his head. Growling, he kneels down and *SLAMS* both fists into the ground, sending a mini-earthquake at Divebomb. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Divebomb with his Ground Shockwave attack. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb hops up from the ground, coming to a hover to avoid the shockwave. He holds his sword out straight and lifts one leg at a ninety-degree angle, whipping about on the axis of his other leg to send the raised leg hurtling at Sideswipe in an impressive- looking maneuver. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Lancing Beam, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx staggers backward, jerking away from the retreating plane, swinging his tail desperately to fend off the attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx strikes Spaceplane with slash. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane is sent spinning by Sky Lynx's tail and transforms before his flight systems in this mode fail completely. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler stands perfectly still in front of the platform, expression unchanged as his arm goes flying off in a flurry of cheap plastic shards, leaving the rest of his body umdamaged. He makes an important observation: "I think it works," before screaming and running around the platform. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin runs a hand slowly over his face, highly tempted to shoot Spoiler. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform sighs inwardly at this Decepticons stupidity, and ponders on how else to abuse it as she states loud enough for him to hear, "Thanks!" From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb strikes Sideswipe with Street Fighter (tm) style Aerial Spin Kick Thingy. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe's head goes spinning 360 degrees from the kick, and Sideswipe seems disoriented for a second. However, a second his the only thing he needs to recover, and he lunges at Divebomb, in a classic...tackle. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe strikes Divebomb with blow. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus transforms and lands on the ground, wounds bleeding energon freely now as he gets to his feet with grim determination and pulls his rifle from subspace, firing a shot off at the Dinobird, hoping to worsen the damage in his vital areas. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus misses Sky Lynx with his Oxidation Rifle attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx ducks the blast barely, perhaps learning from past attacks, and unleashes yet another blast of acetylene at the reeling Decepticon. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx strikes Cyclonus with fire. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler stops running and glares at the platform. "You tricked me!" he yells angrily, kicking at the large, mobile thing. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform revs backwards as Spoiler kicks at her. She chuckles and states, "Tricked you, you must be joking, would I do a thing like ... -that-?" She rolls FORWARD now, intending on catching Spoiler beneath her. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform misses Spoiler with her ram attack. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb lets out an 'oomph' as he gets tackled midair, colliding with the ground. He struggles to get his sword arm loose, then attempts to beat the Autobot with it. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb strikes Sideswipe with SwordBap. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe is indeed bapped across the face by the arm, but remains atop the predacon. He utters, "Grr," and pulls back his right fist, and sends it flying at Divebomb's head. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Divebomb with his punch attack. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus throws up an arm as the fire envelopes him, too weak to really evade anymore. When he lowers his arm, which is glowing red-hot and is slightly melted, he launches himself at Sky Lynx's massive frame, still not willing to conceed defeat at this point. He swings his fists at the oddly-shaped head. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his double punch, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx sees his moment as Cyclonus is engulfed in the blast of flame, and charges at the Decepticon with every bit of energy left in his body From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx's head jerks backwards as the charging Decepticon buries his fists into his face, swinging his own claw as they collide into one another, a massive *CLANK* resounds throughout the arena From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his claw attack. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform curses vehemently as she MISSES. "How can you be so STUPID and so FAST?!" She howls, propelling herself forward a bit more before starting to turn around. Rewind rplies, "Not much." From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) seems to pause in mid air, right after transforming, then just falls to the ground with a loud THUD. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform rolls around the arena, attempting to find a good place she can take aim from, or at least be in a vantage point as her turrets wave and bounce with her movements. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform hrms, wondering what is WRONG with Spoiler now... is he so stupid he can't even fly right? From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb jerks his head to one side as the fist glances off the side of his helm. If the Autobot wants a close brawl, he's got it. Heflattens his arms on the ground, pushing up and thrusting his head forward, aiming the sharp beak of his helmet at Sideswipe. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb strikes Sideswipe with Razor-Sharp BeakHelm. Blitzwing cackles as Rewind simmers, "Thought so." From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) bounces on the ground a few times, moving forward in increments as the jet's sputter to life. Spike says, "Well we can't have that... ** He scratches his chin ** However, we can't have one of us -not- advance." From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform switches to hovermode, more manueverability for whatever Spoiler has planned, her treads shifting and sliding sideways as an added set of engines roar to life. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus expects the raking claws by now and does the unexpected, leaping forward -towards- Sky Lynx. With a metallic hiss, twin blades snick out of his forearms as he slashes at his considerably powerful foe's exposed neck. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx stubles back from the force of the collision but not for long, his optic band, spiderwebbed with hairline cracks , focuses entirely on the Decepticon as he stalks forward, gritting his huge teeth with determination. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus misses Sky Lynx with his Twin Blades attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx darts his head to the side as the blades swing wildly at his neck, he snaps viciously at Cyclonus's prone form. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his bite attack. Blitzwing raises his right foot, casting a large shadow over Rewind, "Ya got 5 seconds to get yer tape outta my...knee, Rodimus..." From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus darts out of the way of the huge jaws and aims asay Hey, you're the one who picked the fight with HIM. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus misses Sky Lynx with his kick attack. From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) finally gets off the ground and flies slowly up into the air. By the time he gets airborne, Spoiler realizes he doesn't know where Trigger is. He activates his complex weapons tracking system, which means a little camera mounted in the cockpit turns to look out the windshield. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe yelps, and the pointy thing smashes into Sideswipe's forehead. He rolls off Divebomb, holding his head with one hand, and scrambling back to his feet with the help of the other. Using his good hand, his rifle reappears, and fires again at the predacon. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe strikes Divebomb with plasma. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx sees the kicks coming and quickly yanks his head out of the way of the kick to avoid being blinded. He raises a paw in the process and attempt to swat the Decepticon out of the air. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his slash attack. From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm), now totally engrossed in this high-tech war game, mutters, "We have aquistition," as he finds the weapons platform on the camera. "Note," he adds, "look up 'aquisition.'" The plane dips down after making an arc to get distance and two sleek missiles emerge from the bays mounted annoyingly in his jet intakes. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb rolls backwards as soon as Sideswipe gets off, the roll assisted by a blast square on his back. He snarls, completing the roll and hovering back up a few inches, and withdraws his rifle to return the favor. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb strikes Sideswipe with Particle-Beam Rifle. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform sighs and erks at the familiar sound of a missile loading... From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) yells, "Fire!" Cassette Tape hopes Blitz wouldn't hurt a small tape. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform prepares to MOVE for all she's worth, having no great liking for missiles the instant she hears the yell. From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) strikes Mobile Defense Platform with missile. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus is apparently learning Sky Lynx's methods and ducks the paw, jutting his shoulder out before him like a Terran linebacker and running towards the Autobot, crimson optics blackened by fire but still shining with willpower. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus misses Sky Lynx with his bulldozer attack. Cassette Tape begins to squirm. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform gahs as her entire frame shudders from the impact, almost knocking her over. Instead, it sheers off a large panel of metal on her right side, leaving open her more fragile internals, which are fortunately not damaged as the armor took the brunt. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform snarls, attempting to fire off blindly, a couple more fire grenades, "Get down here and fight!!!" She doesn't move, as she isn't quite stabilized yet. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform strikes An Aerofighter(tm) with fire. From Combat Pit 3, Combat Judge Eidos leans over to the edge again and looks at blast Sideswipe just took and grips the rail. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx darts himself backwards as Cycclonus tries to "bulldoze" him, then charges forward with what those in wrestling call a "Shoulder Block." From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his ram attack. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe finally lets go of the head wound, only to be slammed back to the ground as the beam smashes into his chest. He lies still for several seconds, contemplating how much he'll need to drink to get rid of the pain. Then just as quickly as he fell, he gets back to his feet and transforms, speeding away from the predacon. Blitzwing receives the tranmission and stops, instead grasping at the tape, picking it up, "Okay, I'll just see what tunes are on 'em!" From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb cocks his head to one side, clipping his rifle to its spot on his hip as he puzzles over Sideswipe's tactic. From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) soars overhead just as the grenades are launched. In an amazing stroke of bad luck which will take years to evaluate on footage from the fight, the grenads are sucked directly into the fighter's jet intakes which house the missile bays. The entire plane explodes in flames and hurtles towards the ground. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus recognizes the shift in pose and backs away, taking out his rifle again and blasting a short snap of fire, nearing the end of his strength. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his Oxidation Rifle , as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform 's system shudder as she is forced to revert back to treads, something having been shocked out of working for her hovering devices. She growls and heads slowly toward the wreck, her prow gleaming as she prepares to scoop it up... then she recalls that warning and veers AROUND Spoiler.. checking to see if he looks like he might blow up From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) transformers as he hits the ground and lies smoldering at the end of a small trench dug by his collision. From Combat Pit 3, Red Countach guns it around the pit twice, then turns sharply, coming to a beeline in front of Divebomb, and a gust of air from beneath his tires sends him several inches off the ground as he prepares to ram Divebomb, hoping to knock him out of the sky. From Combat Pit 3, Red Countach misses Divebomb with his ram attack. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx follows through with the charge, as Cyclonus dodges and fires the snap off at him. He lashes at The Decepticon with his gigantic tail as a budgeon, trying to put and end to the fighter before he himself expires from fatigue. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx strikes Cyclonus with slash. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus falls backward as the tail slashes him, unable to do much more than aim and fire. With a grunt, he uses the last of his strength to transform where he is. From Combat Pit 3, Divebomb widens his optics as he sees the attack coming, spinning and rocketing upwards out of the car's range, transforming. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle pivots downward again and fires his jets, streaking toward the car and extending his talons, intent on doing far worse than scratching paint. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle strikes Red Countach with Talon. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane is barely able to move more than to raise himself up to fire off a shot at his opponent, his systems almost completely nonfunctional. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Pulse Rifle, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx takes the shot and drops where he stands, his optic band continuing to glow with consciousness. He reaches for a Metal chunk laying in front og him and grabs hold of it, then tosses it rather awkwardly at the down Decepticon From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Spaceplane with his claw attack. From Combat Pit 3, Red Countach turns to try and evade, but it isn't enough, and his roof is badly torn from the claws of the metal bird. He comes to a halt in the center of the ring, transforming. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe's launcher snaps up from subspace, and he..well, launches rockets at the birdie. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe misses Eagle with his rocket attack. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler rolls out of the small crater and shakes a weak fist on his remaing arm at the platform, "Get over here and fight like a... what are you anyway?" From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform chuckles, "Me, Oh, I'm a little bit of this and that." From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform rolls around, seeing that he's not about to explode and preparing for another go at him. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane spots the flying chuck of metal and does the only thing he can, he ignites his thrusters and scrapes across the ground like some pitiful sledge, the screeching noise of his armor against the ground horrible. As he slows, he uses manuever thrusters to turn and aim at the Autobot, knowing full well he isn't going to win this match, but determined to do his best for his Empire. His remaining weapons glow as he aims and fires a weak blast. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane strikes Sky Lynx with his Auxiliary Laser, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 3, Eagle banks away from the rocket. Apparently either Sideswipe's having a really bad night, or Divebomb's having a really good night. Or maybe both. He spins around and dips a wing, dropping a rocket into his launcher and firing it down at Sideswipe. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle misses Sideswipe with his Wing-rocket attack. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler climbs out of the crater, staggering towards the roving Trigger, "Alright, enough! We end this now. Just you and me... er, nevermind. Uh... come on!" He fires a short burst from his cannons without aiming at anything in particular. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Mobile Defense Platform with ballistic. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform gahs as her side is peppered by bullets again, this time bringing forth quite a bit of energon. She rolls forward, REALLY wanting to put an end to this by pinning the con against the wall. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform misses Spoiler with her blow attack. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe dives to the side, oomphing as the rockets explode behind him, littering his form with debris. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx erks as the blast bites into his prove form, he struggles quite a bit as energon and smoke pour from his wounds, but manages to lift his head, breathing forth a pathetically small stream of acetylene at Cyclonus as he uses up the last of his reserves for that weapon. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Spaceplane with his fire attack. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane uses the same strategy as before and this time full-throttles towards Sky Lynx, the blast missing him as he careens wildly towards the Dinobird, sparks and smoke flying from the screeching of metal against the ground. Cyclonus's Decepticon sigils gleam on his wings as he uses the very last of his strength to knock his opponent down, if he's goign to ose anyway. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane misses Sky Lynx with his ram attack. Blitzwing continues his self-statisfied smirk, "Watch your tail, or I'll tear it off an use it for gyro-floss." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler stumbles out of the way in a brief moment of panic as the weapons platform rolls towards him. He swings madly at it from the side as it passes, still floating around in a sea of dilierium from the intense beating he's taken from the combined forces of Tigger and fate. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Mobile Defense Platform with punch. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx raises his tail in the air, but lacks the strength to swing it, so it kinda just falls in Cyc's general direction. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Spaceplane with his slash attack. From Combat Pit 1, Spaceplane careens wildly, missing Sky Lynx and alternately missing his tail as it falls. As he slows to a painful halt, his systems groan in protest as he transforms. From Combat Pit 1, Judge Siriis checks his chronometer, growing impatient with the futile swiping back and forth. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus staggers and falls, unable to do more than glare hatred at Sky Lynx as he raises his rifle for another shot, noting its power levels are extremely low. With a grimace and a silent plea to his liege for forgiveness for failing, he snaps off a shot. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus misses Sky Lynx with his Oxidation Rifle attack. From Combat Arena 2, Mobile Defense Platform urmpths in surprise as her armor is pinged once again. She hisses and transforms BACK to her other mode, trying once again to shred his armor. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger strikes Spoiler with evisceration. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger spats at Spoiler angrily, ears laid back and optics narrowed. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler takes the claws in the chest again, crossing the original wounds in a painful x mark as energon bleeds from both. He folds his arm across his chest with a moan and falls to his knees. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin perks up. "You done, Spoiler?" he chitters hopefully. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus raises his head towards Sky Lynx, spitting out without malice even, "I await your final blow, Autobot." From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx absorbes the blast and clenches his paw into a massive fist, he pants a bit glaring at Cyclonus, "You fought well ... cough" With that He tries to right hook the Decepticon into next week. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his claw attack. From Combat Pit 1, Galvatron yawns, and has seen enough, he gets up and leaves, noting that cyclonus fought well and did honor to his Empire. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his full kick, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 3, Eagle presses his advantage as Sideswipe falls, letting out a screech and diving at the downed Bot, savagely raking his talons across any available surface and pecking with his beak. From Combat Pit 3, Sideswipe yelps as Divebomb shears at him, hitting the open wound on his head. The wound explodes with electricity, and he falls to the ground, beaten. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler reaches down and picks up a shiny metal object. "No, he says, shaking his head," I just found this piece of debries lying here and thought I'd get it out of the way." He stands back up and tosses it. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger snarls and pants, raising the armored plates around her neck for increased circulation through her body, as though her missing armor wasn't bad enough. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger yowls, "... this... this is impossible, if you'll just stand still another moment... this'll all be over." She moves but a bit more haltingly as though the damages are beginning to take effect onher systems. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx glances down at the kick by Cyclonus and shakes his head, then launches his head forward in a Head-butt. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx misses Cyclonus with his bite attack. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus rolls as Sky Lynx's head digs into the ground. He smirks and slashes with an arm blade again. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus strikes Sky Lynx with his Twin Blades, as he is momentarily distracted From Combat Pit 3, Eagle winces a bit as the electricity arcs through his talons, but nonetheless flaps off his victim, spreading his wings and screeching in victory! From Combat Pit 3, Delores Sidhe comes to her feet, the defeat of Sideswipe eliciting a stream of multilingual profanity from her. From Combat Pit 3, Combat Judge Eidos leans over the rail and calls out, "Victory! Divebomb of the Dectpticons!" The judge motions to the medics to takes Sideswipe from the field. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx grrs and glances at Cyc, digging his blade into his neck armor, "Would you please stop that." With that he swipes at Cyc again, knowing full well he can't hit anything anymore to save his life. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx strikes Cyclonus with claw. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler considers his options again, discovers there are none, and in the face of this ravenous mythological type beast (mythological being a word he doesn't even know), he charges at her with the shoulder of his missing arm. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Winged Feline with punch. From Combat Pit 3, Eagle turns toward the profanity and gapes his beak at the human, chuckling. From Combat Pit 1, Scourge stands and shakes his head, looking upon his uni-brother sorrowfully. He then snaps, "Bushido, get back here!" From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus gets to his feet, surprisingly, as the holo system shuts off and the sim damage disappears. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger umpths as she's struck, not too hard, but hard enough in her state to make her wobble. She rises up on her hind legs and grabs for Spoiler, intending on giving him a ... hug. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger strikes Spoiler with claw. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger snakes her head around the opposite side of Spoiler, attempting to keep him within her clutches as she slowly starts going down on him. From Combat Pit 1, Scourge turns and moves slowly from the ring. From Combat Pit 1, Bushido pauses in mid-step, his intention of paying his respects having just been ordered off. Despite this..he stops and leaces. From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus walks over to Sky Lynx, avoiding looking at his comrades and extends a hand. "I congratulate you, Sky Lynx. A battle well fought, luck was on your side this day." From Combat Pit 3, Combat Judge Eidos orders some cleaners to fix up the pit to ready it for the next match. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler is lovingly embraced, in a touching moment of compassion, signifying the peace that may some day reign among the warring factions of Cybertron. If you can ignore the energon spurting out and the yell of intense pain. From Combat Pit 1, Judge Siriis disengages the forcefield, stepping out into the arena. "Excellent fight, gentlemen. The winner of the first round competition is Sky Lynx. Your next opponent will be announced at the end of this round." From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx brings himself to his feet as the simmed damage wears off, he looks over Cyclonus with a tinge of concern, "you are inndeed the mightiest of the Decepticons. He decides to test something and puts out his paw, "As warriors?" From Combat Pit 1, Cyclonus takes the paw firmly, but not crushingly. "As warriors. And I am far from the mightiest." His head raises slightly at a transmission and his optics gleam slightly as he releases the paw and walks towards the exit. From Combat Pit 1, Sky Lynx follows Cyc and his entourage out of the ring. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler takes his other arm and sticks the barrel of his gun into Trigger's gut, firing in desperate hope that it doesn't jam. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Winged Feline with ballistic. Sky Lynx steps over to Rodimus and shakes his head, "Not the prettiest fight I've ever been in, but one of the longest." Scourge smiles at his brother as he joins him in their proper placememtns, stating, "Well fought, Cyclonus." Steeljaw perks an audial sensor in interest...aiming it in Galvatron and Cyclonus' direction...but not being obvious about it of course. Cyclonus glances at Scourge, trying to detect any hint of mockery. FX walks over to Sky Lynx and nods at him, "Congratulations, Self- Friend!" Rodimus Prime grins. "Hey, I was impressed. They do a better job with the sim-damage this year?" Galvatron places a hand on Cyclonus's shoulder, "I meant what I said Cyclonus, you fought well, against an advesary who was more than a match for you, yet you endured, forcing him down to the wire. I, as well as the Empire, is proud of you." Steeljaw glances up at the much larger Autobot. "Congratulations Sky Lynx." Rewind studies Galvatron's words. Compassion? Sky Lynx nods, "I'm no still bleeding am I?" He smiles to FX and Steeljaw, "Thank you, this year will be our year. I guarantee it ..." Harbinger stands behind Galvitron as he travels through talking with his warriors. waiting patiently for the attention of a lord that is obviously more than occupied. Cyclonus utters quietly, "Thank you, My Lord." He seems either slightly embarrassed or perhaps merely disappointed in his own performance. FX gives thumbs up to Sky Lynx, "Zang." From Combat Arena 2, Trigger umpths and promptly lets go of Spoiler, her frame recoiling from the hit violently, energon streaming down from her right side, and a bit of smoke rising up from the wound. Her optics widen for a second, then she goes to her most dangerous mode of all, enraged female animal who is wounded that you should never approach. She screeches and lunges at Spoiler, head tilted aside as she tries to knock him flat to the ground again. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger strikes Spoiler with ram. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin goes over, studying Spoiler. He lifts his arm, and lets it go, testing for life. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger finds that noise rather attractive and after shaking her own body, which caught a bit of that, steps back jaws open wide. You can tell what she's about to do, and it definitely won't turn out to be a love bite. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler's head wobbles weakly and he mutters something about letting him finish the stupid fight, although his arm in particular shows no signs of life or determination. It's just limp. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger is not far from Spoiler, still having a bit of fight left in her, head low and teeth gleaming as energon, her own energon drips from her mouth. Her optics are blazing golden and a low growl is echoing continuously from her vocaliser. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin steps back, holding back Trigger. "Let him stand, Trigger." From Combat Arena 2, Trigger hisses, taking a few steps back and watching Spoiler warily. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler collects his limbs, bringing them closer. Internally, he rallies all his strength and mental properties, but mostly his strength as he the message he recieves from his brain is something akin to 'insufficient funds.' From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler suddenly kicks both of his legs out at Trigger who's hopefully still relatively close. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger is close, but not that close. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger chuckles at Spoiler kicking at the WRONG target. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin, having been between Spoiler and Trigger, gets nailed by the sudden kick and is swept off his feet. He lands on his back hard, but such is the dangers of a full combat judge, and he get's workers comp, so no worried. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger jumps over the judge, darting her jaws out before he can get up, trying her best not to step on him. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger strikes Spoiler with bite. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin barely scrambles out of the way and to his feet before he becomes Trigger kibble. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler takes the bite right on his shoulder. Fortunately his realistic battle-damage armor absorbs nearly the entire impact. For a fleeting moment it looks like he still has a chance. Unable to use his only arm with the shoulder locked in Trigger's jaws, he kicks again with his miraculously still functioning legs. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger pushes forward, trying to get Spoiler back so the judge can get up and the two of them can actually find some sort of finish to this battle. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Winged Feline with kick. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger thinks to herself . o 0 (I need to do something about those legs and forget ripping his upper body to shreds.) She yelps and lets go, turning around and letting fly with both her own hindlegs at Spoiler. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger misses Spoiler with her kick attack. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger umpths and crashes onto her stomach, that move being a bit more than her systems can handle. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler uses the momentum from his surprise hit to push himself over and avoid the dual kick. He begins frantically crawling away before transforming again, which basically just means flipping over on the ground so the wings stuck to his back can show. He tries to arm the only surviving missile from his crash and fire it from a grounded position. If he succeeds, he may live. If he fails, he may live in gratuitous amounts of pain and injury. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger rolls around, sitting on her haunches a moment and snarling upwards, preparing to transform... if she can just get her systems to cooperate. From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) sits on the ground a moment as internal systems burble and grumble incoherently. Steeljaw watches Rewind critically for a moment. From Combat Arena 2, An Aerofighter(tm) strikes Winged Feline with missile. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger grunts as she is knocked off her feet again. There's no way she can transform... but she gets up with deterimation and draws a bead on the fighter, launching a single fire grenade at him. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger misses An Aerofighter(tm) with her fire attack. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger slowly rises up onto her feet, head low as she stalks forward. A commentator, who had been watching the other fights, goes over to Trigger and Spoiler's. "This is... unexpected. The underdog Spoiler may have actually of gotten an advantage. Do you believe in miracles? The cons may pull one off today." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler likewise rises to his feet, although he looks more like a poorly trained mime, especially considering the pink paint still liberaly splashed about his body. As the distance closes between them, all he can do is twist his body to gain the momentum neccesary to swing his arm at the seemingly unstoppable Trigger. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger clearly intends to maul Spoiler, if she can just get close enough. The commentator announces, "Spoiler may win this fight, the heavy underdog could go all the way." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler clearly intends to scream in pain if mauled. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Winged Feline with punch. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger umpths as her head is knocked back, but ... she's still moving somehow, almost as though in slow motion, not even making any noise as she propels herself forward, lifting both foreclaws and snapping at Spoiler, in hopes of blindly getting in the hit. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger strikes Spoiler with evisceration. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger procedes to maul Spoiler, but since she's a lot more weakened at this point, it's not doing much good. Blitzwing has connected. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger snarls and tries to use her weight over force to keep him down. "And a punishing attack by Trigger. Can Spoiler succeed??" the commentaor announces excitedly. The crowd shouts, "Succeed!" From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler's cheap, internal mechanics struggle desperatly to fight off Trigger but under so much stress find it impossible. Instead, they all go on strike. Spoiler's brain can't handle union negotiations and fight at the same time, so regardless of where his arm is pointed, he firse what's probably one of, if not, the, last round. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger just lays there. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger catnaps while waiting for Spoiler to get the strength to fight back. The chant continues, the entire crowd waving flaming t-shirts. "Succeed! Succeed! Succeed!" From Combat Arena 2, Trigger somehow avoids that... how, maybe he just has bad aim and she also happens to drop her foot over that particular hand. She lifts her head, snarls lowly and goes for Spoiler's neck. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger misses Spoiler with her bite attack. A mother hoists her child high above, the toddler wearing a Spoiler (tm) t-shirt with iron-on flames. "You can do it, Spoiler! You're our... HERO!" From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler seems to draw strength from the crowd's cheering. Or maybe it's the t-shirts, which would explain the long standing theory that he is, indeed, solar powered. His brain runs out quickly and pulls his arm out of the picket lines by offering major benefits and promising not to contract his job out to either of his legs. The arm agrees and reaches out to attack the head that narrowly misses Spoiler's neck. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler strikes Winged Feline with punch. A roar of triumph erupts from the frenzied crowd, many surging to their feet. "Succeed! Succeed!" From Combat Arena 2, Trigger is amazingly... still alive. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger tries for a close range flame, recalling that yes, she does have flamethrowers along with grenades, but she's now out of grenades so now time to switch weapons. From Combat Arena 2, Trigger strikes Spoiler with fire. Tantrum snorts, "Spoiler has no chance.." "Do. You. Believe. In. Miracles?? Shout it out if you do! Spoiler with a bruising left! How either of these can go on is pure adrenaline and willpower!" Scourge glances over at the PRedacon, snapping, "Shut up and cheer your comrade on." Blitzwing cheers! "GO SPOILER!" "Oh, and Spoiler is flame baked, will he survive this contest! He must succeed! The Underdog Decepticons!" From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin frowns, and clicks, "It's over!" From Combat Arena 2, Trigger pants, too much in pain and worn out to even ask who won. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin waves a little red flag towards Trigger. "Victory. Autobots." From Combat Arena 2, Trigger just lays down and waits for someone to reset the machine. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin resets the two. Eagle leans forward at that announcement, "A battle well fought, it seems." From Combat Arena 2, Trigger wobbles to her feet, looking about with a dazed expression. From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler just lies there. From Combat Arena 2, Combat Judge Harelquin says, "Up up, must leave now. Next match." From Combat Arena 2, Spoiler, very slowly, gets to his feet and stumbles out of the combat arena, still dazed from the experience. Spoiler has arrived. Trigger has arrived. Trigger enters the area with a curious tilt of her head. Spoiler walks out of the arena, every step a carefully thought out manuever at this point. The crowd is still chanting wildly, "Succeed! Succeed!" Trigger wanders up the ramp, slowly blinking her way back to normal. Sidearm nods towards Trigger. She says, "Nice job." Nosecone says, "good job Trigger" Trigger heaves her way to the bots and collapses, "Ugh.... that was lovely, but I won.... I hope the next fight isn't as bad." The crowd pelts Spoiler with roses, still chanting, a couple, okay, ALOT of cute femmes mosey on over to Spoiler... Trigger of course, has no fans, she's too mean. Turbulence is too busy laughing, half tipped over in his seat and holding his arms around his canopy. His entire frame is wracked with mirth at Spoiler's battle. Spoiler hangs his head, "But...I have failed." Eagle glances over at Trigger and Spoiler as they emerge, "That battle was..amusing, to say the least."
